Throughout the project, Papich was faced with challenges that they were able to overcome with ease through their use of excellent communication, coordination, and decision making. Any time a problem arose it was clear that Papich aligned themselves with their client and worked to solve issues as a team rather than become adversarial. The Papich project team remained responsible, responsive, and very professional throughout the entire project. 

The partnering process required the project team to focus on mutual goals by asking the right questions timely to get team members to identify and act on critical issues.

The quality and speed of work from our contractors and subcontractors has continued to amaze me. The innovation to tunnel the large 10-foot culvert allowed us to open the roadway approximately one month earlier than we could have if we installed it during fill construction.
