Accordingly, maintaining regulatory conformance can be challenging. Papich’s full time Safety Manager is tasked with ensuring that the company stays ahead of the curve in addition to finding the best ways to implement new requirements.
DAILY SAFETY ANALYSIS
We hold daily toolbox meetings. These meetings form the foundation for the day’s work by starting with a task-specific Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). The JHA process empowers employees with the information and tools needed to mitigate or eliminate potential safety issues. The toolbox meetings further serve as the last layer of planning prior to beginning the day’s work.
