Under certain circumstances, it is advantageous for both agencies and owners to administer contracts on a cost-plus or time and materials basis. Papich has completed numerous projects of this type, whether due to an emergency, natural disaster, or a project with indeterminate variables. 

When schedule and cost are a concern, owners often turn to design-build delivery. Papich has been a key member of teams to provide early constructability input to advance the schedule and provide cost certainty. We have also led design-build teams, partnering with owners to provide best value using this alternative delivery method.
